However, we are so fortunate to have a number of amazing people in our lives. We had so many people come to help us with packing and moving including a 5 foot marine fish tank!
I don't even know how to begin to thank all those involved in getting us in the new house.
But moved we did and so I am now going to share our Christmas and some new styling ideas I am trying out for the house...please be patient as I am still working on some of these looks and I still have so many more rooms to complete.
As always I am happy to answer questions or queries about where to source items so feel free to comment or ask.
Christmas first...
A Bozzoli Christmas- rushed and panicked style
The Tree-this year's theme was pink and purple
The table setting- I totally forgot to buy more charger plates as we had extra people for Christmas dinner. So I alternated silver plates with purple gift wrap cut to the same size as my chargers. I don't think anyone noticed they weren't actually plates. Gotta love family for that!
Also, I forgot to buy a new white setting so I broke my theme colours and used my traditional Christmas serving setting...it kind of went okay I thought.
Our dining room all set up.
A living room nook
Another nook with candles and lanterns.
You can never have enough trees and baubles!
Dan's Lights
As many of you know my husband, Daniele is currently battling Relapsed Hodgkin's Lymphoma. He has been doing so for the past 2 years.
I didn't expect him to put up the Christmas lights this year but he did and he did a great job! I love him so much for making Christmas so special for our family.
From our family to yours, Merry Christmas!
New Style-Coastal
Now Christmas is over for another year so we have decided to go with some coastal colouring in our home as we are now living closer to the Bay.
Here are a few new areas, mainly the living room I have been working on.
Starting with a neutral base and adding colour works best for me. I sourced most of these items such as cushions, runners, candles, shells and lanterns from discount outlets and sales. I have not spent more than around $150 so far on decorator items for this look.
Next room, the office!
